SGS-CSTC Shanghai Oil Gas & Chemical Testing Center is built by SCIP PROPERTIES CO., LTD. and leased to specialized lab of a world famous intermediary agent, SGS——CSTS, which is also one of the customized plants built by SCIP PROPERTIES CO., LTD. under the entrust construction agreement.

The center covers 2,000 square meters in area, and is 1,440 square meters in construction area. It provides not only the attestation of ISO9000, ISO14000, QS9000, VDA, HACCP and CE mark, but also consumer goods inspection and experiment and industrial products inspections, including the quality control from the designing stage to supplier selection stage and constructions, etc.
