The capacious, tall, bright and noblest entrance hall of the tower is for guests' registration and information inquiry. The escalator in the hall and elegant C shaped stairs constitute a special view. The sightseeing hall in the top level of the building adopts large-span steel structure, which provides the possibility of sustentation without the pillars. The structure constructs a spacious visual field, from which one can overlook the SCIP and Hangzhouwan panorama.

On the first and second floor of the SCIP Tower, there are conference rooms, VIP rooms, multi-function hall, banks, shopping mall, flower shop, cafeteria and etc. They are well equipped and fully functional. There is a large indoor waterfall scene in the building and the private rooms around it are good places for relaxation and business conversation. On the 3rd floor, there is a SCIP emergency center ensuring SCIP’s safe operation. On the 4th floor, there are food courts and leisure places such as Chinese and Western restaurants, bars and etc. The SCIP Management Committee and SCIP Development CO., LTD. are on the 15th to 19th floors and they provide 'one-stop' services.
