All of these office buildings provide offices, operational and training places to satisfy client’s various needs.

Each office building has different function. The SCIP Mansion mainly serves those large famous domestic and foreign companies and currently provides offices to Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development CO., LTD., Huntsman, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Bank of Communications,Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and etc. The Comprehensive Inspection Building, the No.1 and No.2 Building in the Commercial Zone are for administration department office usages. The Comprehensive Building and the Properties Building are mainly for public services and face to medium or small size companies such as SCIP Construction Engineering Safety and Quality Supervisory Centre, SCIP Human Resource Service Center, PICC and etc.

According to customers’ requirements,SCIP PROPERTIES CO.,LTD.offers customized plant service.The services include:(1)Specified plant under entrust agreement which can be leased or sold to the clients.Such plants include:SGS-CSTC Shanghai Oil Gas & Chemical Testing Center,CITIC Logistics Dangerous Goods Warehouse;(2) Unified plant for general clients.

Storage Services is one of the principal services offered by SCIP PROPERTIES CO., LTD. The SCIP Storage and Transportation Co., LTD., which holds the SCIP Bonded Warehouse, shares the same human resource with SCIP PROPERTIES CO., LTD. The SCIP Storage and Transportation CO., LTD., offers various services such as storage, logistics and customs applications and etc., and is the only company owns the Certification of "General Public Bonded Warehouse" within the SCIP.
